About this extension

Connect your own CloudZero account (bring your own API key from the CloudZero console) to read billing costs (by cloud provider, dimension, and granularity), billing dimensions, insights, roles, and AnyCost stream connections, plus a value-add spend overview report. Read-only in this release -- AnyCost data ingestion (pushing external cost data into CloudZero) is a separate pipeline capability deferred to v2.

What you get

Every capability exposed by CloudZero, metered per action and guarded by the two-step safety protocol.

  • connect_cloudzerowrite

    Connect your own CloudZero account by saving your API key (from the CloudZero console), after checking it actually works.

  • list_connectionsread

    List the connected CloudZero accounts.

  • disconnect_cloudzerowrite

    Disconnect a CloudZero account: deletes the saved API key. Nothing in CloudZero itself is changed.

  • get_billing_costsread

    Read CloudZero billing costs for a date range, with optional granularity, group-by dimension, and filter.

  • list_billing_dimensionsread

    List billing dimensions (e.g. CloudProvider, Service, Team) configured on the connected CloudZero account.

  • list_insightsread

    List cost insights (CloudZero's own anomaly/opportunity findings) on the connected account.

  • list_rolesread

    List user roles configured on the connected CloudZero account.

  • list_anycost_connectionsread

    List AnyCost stream connections (external cost-data feeds) configured on the connected CloudZero account.

  • get_anycost_billing_dropread

    Read one AnyCost stream connection's billing drop contents for a given month.

  • get_spend_overview_reportread

    Value-add report: summarize CloudZero billing costs by cloud provider for a date range.
