About this extension

Connect your own ADP Workforce Now organisation (OAuth2 Client Credentials + mutual TLS) to read workers, payroll instructions, time-off requests, and organisational data, plus value-add workforce reports. Requires your own ADP application's Client ID/Secret and a client certificate issued by ADP.

What you get

Every capability exposed by ADP Workforce Now, metered per action and guarded by the two-step safety protocol.

  • connect_adpwrite

    Connect your ADP Workforce Now organisation: register your ADP application's Client ID, Client Secret, and its client certificate + matching private key (both full PEM text) from developers.adp.com. Unlike most connectors here, ADP requires no browser login -- the connection is validated and finished immediately in this one call.

  • list_connectionsread

    List the connected ADP Workforce Now organisations.

  • disconnect_adpdestructive

    Disconnect an ADP Workforce Now organisation: deletes the saved Client ID/Client Secret/certificate/private key. Nothing in ADP itself is changed.

  • list_entitiesread

    List ADP Workforce Now records of any resource type (workers, payroll-workers, time-off-requests, events, organizational-units, pay-statements). time-off-requests and pay-statements need a worker's AOID passed via filter_expr in ADP's own $filter syntax.

  • get_entityread

    Read one ADP Workforce Now record of any resource type in full by its identifier (AOID for workers).

  • get_org_inforead

    Read the connected ADP Workforce Now organisation's own profile: organisation name and total worker count.

  • get_headcount_reportread

    Value-add report: one-glance headcount for the connected ADP organisation -- total worker count broken down by work assignment status (active/terminated/etc).

  • get_upcoming_reviews_reportread

    Value-add report: read ADP event-notification-messages filtered to upcoming performance-review-style events, so HR can see who's due for review soon without combing through raw events.
